Working with the venue
HOH coordinates with planners, caterers and venue teams to agree placement, guest flow, weather plans, access, timings and any house rules before the day.
Guest journey
Guests are welcomed after dinner or during the evening reception, guided through suitable selections and hosted respectfully so the lounge feels like part of the celebration rather than a separate attraction.
Consultation, planning, venue coordination, hosted delivery and post-event care — shaped around the occasion rather than a fixed template. Hosted cigar experiences are available to adults aged 18 and over.
